Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Overall Planning (Ks) Renovation Of Tuiras Wooden School. 1) Project Overview This Is The Renovation Of The Tuira Wood School, A Project Implemented With The Renovation Budget Of The City Of Oulu. This Procurement Includes The Planning Tasks Of The Aforementioned Project In Accordance With The Procurement Notice, Request For Tenders And Other Procurement Documents. The Renovation Project Is Based On The Needs Statement, Which Is In The Procurement Documents. 2) Overview Of The Design Task The Design Is Carried Out As An Overall Design, Including The Design Tasks According To This Call For Tenders. The Breakdown Is Presented Later In This Call For Tenders O Other Necessary Consultation (Such As Moisture Management, Cleanliness Management And Safety Coordination As Well As Supervision, Construction, Special Quality Assurance, Etc. Consultation Services) Will Be Tendered During The Planning Phase. O The Design Contract Is Concluded Between The Client And The Company Or Work Association/Group That Made The Offer, In Which Case The Other Designers Act As Sub-Consultants Of The Offeror. O In The Tender Request Phase, An Architect (Responsible Building Designer), A Structural Designer (Responsible Designer) And An Hvac Designer (Responsible Designer) Must Be Named. Other Engineering Sectors With Their Engineering Companies And Responsible Agencies Are Named Before The Contract Is Signed And Recorded In The Engineering Contract. O The Project Also Includes Other Planning, For Which The User Administration Is Responsible. Loose Furniture Design Is Announced As An Additional Procurement Option (Separate Price), Which Does Not Affect The Comparison Of Offers.
