The Task Includes The Classic Structural And Functional Assessment Of The Buildings, The Development Of A Viable Operator And Sponsorship Concept, The Examination Of Possible Financing And Funding Options, The Development Of Usage Scenarios And The Preparation Of An Economic Viability Analysis. The Study Is Intended To Compare Various Options - From Minimally Invasive Conversion To Transformative Conversions To Scenarios That Envisage Integration With New Building Components (Particularly In Conjunction With The Planned Replacement Building For The Parish Hall In Keyenberg). As Part Of The Feasibility Study, It Must Be Examined Whether And In What Form The Three Buildings That Were Formerly Used For Sacred Purposes Can Serve As So-Called Third Places Or Fourth Places In The Future, I.E. As Low-Threshold Spaces For Encounters, Exchange And Community Participation. In Addition, The Study Should Deal With The Cultural Heritage Of The Buildings And Examine Which Historical And Identity-Forming Elements Can Be Integrated Into Future Uses. It Also Needs To Be Clarified Whether And To What Extent The Profaned Churches And The Chapel Can Continue Their Previous Social Function In A Transformed Form And Thus Make A Contribution To The Revitalization Of The Village Community.
