The Object Of The Purchase Is The Purchase Of The Contract For The Supply Of Its Systems For Public Transport - The Municipality Of Zalău (Purchase Of Products, Including Installation, Connection Works To Telecommunications Networks And Electrical Networks, Technical-Economic Documentation P.T. Phase, Obtaining A.C.) In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications No. 20897/ 12.03.2026. The General Objective Of The Financing Project/Contract Is To Improve The Urban Mobility And Safety Of The Citizens Of Zalău Through The Use Of Its And Ict Technologies In Terms Of The Traffic Management System, The Public Transport System, The Parking Management System, The Video Surveillance System Of Traffic And Public Space And The New Public Information System. One Of The Objectives Pursued Is The Reduction Of Greenhouse Effect Emissions Generated By Transport By Modernizing, Streamlining And Prioritizing Shared Public Transport. The Products Purchased And Installed As A Result Of The Implementation Of The Present Project Will Be Integrated With The Already Existing Systems At The Level Of The Municipality Of Zalău, As Well As With Other Ongoing Investments, Respectively: - Purchase Of Electric Buses (50 Buses Through 3 Different Financing Contracts); - Modernization Of The Traffic Management System In The Municipality Of Zalău; - Management System For Alternative Transport And The Integration Of Mobility Systems At The Level Of The Municipality Of Zalău; - Integrated Public Transport Management System In The Municipality Of Zalău. The Purchase Of The Its System For Public Transport, Which Is The Subject Of The Purchase, Will Include: O 11 Pcs. Passenger Information Systems Installed In Bus Stations, With Hardware And Software Components (Incl. Provision Of Electricity Supply, Connection To The Data Communication Network); O 20 Pcs. Passenger Information System Installed In 20 Electric Buses; O 11 Pcs. Video Monitoring System Installed In 11 Bus Stations, With Hardware And Software Components (Incl. Ensuring Electricity Supply, Connection To The Data Communications Network); O 20 Pcs. Video Monitoring System Installed In 20 Electric Buses; O 1 Video Dispatching System Installed In The Sc Transurbis Sa Dispatching Office; O 1 Its System For Prioritization In Intersections By Installing 75 Electronic Devices – Transponders In 75 Buses.
