The Subject Of The Order Are Three Tasks Including Construction Works Involving The Demolition Of Buildings As Part Of One Package, Which Includes The Following Items: 1. Task No. 1 – Building Of The Former Pumping Station – Lędziny Forest District;2. Task No. 2 - Demolition Of A Warehouse And Utility Building With Tanks - Giszowiec Forestry;3. Task No. 3 - Warehouse Building - Imielin Forestry. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts, Because All Three Tasks Include Demolition Works Of A Similar Technical Nature, Carried Out As Part Of One Work Package Requiring A Uniform Organizational Approach. In Particular:• The Scope Of Works In Each Task Is The Same In Terms Of Technology, Method Of Carrying Out The Work, Required Equipment And Personnel Qualifications, Which Justifies Entrusting Them To One Contractor To Ensure Technical And Organizational Coherence.• Implementation Of Works In Three Locations Requires A Coordinated Schedule, Uniform Supervision And A Uniform Safety And Security System For The Area.• Entrusting The Entire Project To One Contractor Reduces The Risk Of Clashes Of Deadlines And Technological Discrepancies.• The Ordering Party Considered That Dividing The Order Could Lead To Unjustified Increase In Costs Resulting From The Need To Repeatedly Mobilize Heavy Equipment, Repeat Preparatory Activities And Increase Coordination Costs. • The Order As A Whole Is Homogeneous, And Its Execution By One Contractor Will Ensure Greater Efficiency, Consistency And Security Of Implementation.
