The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Surface Of Dirt Roads In The Ślesin Commune, Consisting Of Leveling, Profiling And Hardening The Roads In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities, As Well As Possible Filling Of Defects With Aggregate And Cutting The Roadsides With A Maximum Width Of 1 M In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities. Attachment No. 1 To The Offer Form. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Marking The Site Of Works In Accordance With The Traffic Management Design, B) Mechanical Or Manual Leveling And Profiling Of The Surface Of Dirt And Gravel Roads, Including Imparting Appropriate Longitudinal And Transverse Slopes, C) Removal Of Loose Elements, Dirt, Ruts, Mud Pools And Excess Soil From The Surface, Including Removal Excavated Material In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, D) Filling The Gaps And Strengthening The Surface With Road Aggregate Of The Appropriate Type And Fraction, In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities, E) Spreading The Aggregate With A Grader Or Manually And Its Proper Profiling, F) Compacting The Soil Or Crushed Stone Surface Using A Roller Or Other Compaction Equipment, Until The Required Load-Bearing Capacity And Stability Of The Surface Is Achieved, G) Pouring Water On The Surface, If Necessary, During Compaction, If Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Works, H) Cutting And Tidying Up The Roadsides With A Maximum Width Of 1.0 M, In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities, I) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works, Including Restoring The Area To Its Original State And Removing Temporary Markings Of The Works.1. The Ordering Party Provides For Two Deadlines For Carrying Out Renovations Of Municipal Roads: * The Final Provision Applicable To The Contractor Depends On The General Deadline For The Implementation Of The Contract, Which Is One Of The Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers - If The Order Is Offered To Be Completed Within 7 Months: Spring - From The Date Of Signing The Contract To June 30, 2026, Autumn - From October 1, 2026 - To November 30, 2026. - If The Order Is Offered To Be Completed On Time 6 Months: Spring - From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until June 30, 2026, Autumn - From October 1, 2026 - Until October 31, 2026. A Provision Will Be Entered Into The Contract In Accordance With The Order Completion Date Proposed By The Contractor.2. The Ordering Party Will Each Time Specify The Location, Scope And Deadline For The Implementation Of The Works. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Repair Of Dirt Roads, Including In Particular: - Mechanical Profiling Of The Surface Of Dirt Roads, - Mechanical Compaction Of The Surface, - Leveling The Existing Subgrade With Sorted Crushed Stone Together With Mechanical Compaction (Average Layer Thickness After Compaction Up To 10 Cm), - Mechanical Cutting Of Roadsides Up To 10 Cm Thick And Up To 1 M Wide.
