3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is Expansion Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In The Nowa Brzeźnica Commune. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Design Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Permits, And Then Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Developed Documentation In The Design And Build Form. In General, The Order Includes: • Design And Construction Of An Averaging Tank For Supplied Sewage, Along With Obtaining A Building Permit. • Relocation And Modernization Of The Control Cabinet For The Catchment Point Of Supplied Sewage. • Replacement Of The Integrated Ph/Redox Probe. • Expansion Of The Control System Sewage Treatment Plant With An Sms Notification System.• Renovation Of The Polyelectrolyte Station.• Renovation Of The Submersible Mixer Of The Sbr Reactor.• Construction Of A Roof For The Screenings And Sand Conveyors.• Construction Of A Sand Container From Acid-Resistant Steel.• Obtaining All Opinions, Decisions And Arrangements Necessary To Prepare An Application For A Building Permit.• Preparation Of An Application For A Building Permit Decision.• Approval From The Ordering Party Of The Proposed Materials, Equipment, Devices.• Preparation Of Technical Designs - All Industries And Their Approval From The Ordering Party.• Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - All Industries.• Preparation Of Technical Designs - All Industries And Their Approval From The Ordering Party.• Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates - All Industries. • Obtaining All Required Decisions Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order - All Industries.• Preparation Of Appropriate Operating Instructions And Technological Instructions For Sewage Treatment Plants.• The Project Involving The Design Of The Modernization Of A Sewage Treatment Plant Must Ensure That The Quality Of Discharged Sewage After Treatment Will Not Deteriorate Compared To The Current One And Will Be At Least Consistent (Or Better) With The Standards. • Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes. The Developed Project Must Include The Expansion And Modernization Of The Sewage Treatment Plant, Ensuring Its Uninterrupted And Proper Operation Throughout The Entire Investment.
