Tittelikt Cutting-Edge Expertise, Framework Agreement . Descriptionthe Competition Concerns A Framework Agreement That Includes Cutting-Edge Expertise Within The Virtual Workspace. The Client Currently Uses Terminal Server Technology From Citrix, Netscaler, Igel Os, Controlup, And Microsoft, But Will Continuously Assess Current Technology To Cover The Need. The Client Needs To Be Able To Purchase Product-Specific Licenses (Microsoft Licenses Have A Separate Agreement) On The Agreement. The Client Also Needs Emergency/Support Agreements To Be Delivered Under The Framework Agreement. Participants In The Procurement Gjøvik Municipality The Following Municipalities Have An Option On The Agreement: Østre Toten Vestre Toten Søndre Land Nordre Land The Value Of The Procurement Is Estimated At: Nok 2,000,000 Ex. Vat Per Year. Maximum Value For The Entire Agreement Period, Including Any Options And Expected Price Increase: Nok 20,000,000 Ex. Vat The Need Is Uncertain. The Volume Can Vary Both Up And Down, And During The Contract Period Will Depend On, Among Other Things, The Clients Needs, Activities, Budget Situation And Other Framework Factors. Environment: By Its Nature, This Procurement Is Assessed To Have An Insignificant Impact On The Climate And Environment, Cf. § 7-9, Fifth Paragraph Of The Regulations. The Rationale For This Is That The Procurement Concerns The Purchase Of Consulting Assistance/Advisory Services Where The Client Is Prevented From Influencing The Climate And The Environmental Impact, Since Requirements And Criteria Aimed At These Elements Will Not Have A Sufficient Connection To The Delivery, Cf. Dføs Environmental Guide. Apprentice: The Client Has Assessed The Procurement Against The Apprentice Regulations, Cf. Procurement Act § 7, And Concluded That There Are No Requirements For Apprentices In This Procurement As It Is Considered Disproportionate, Because There Is A Need For Specialized Competence That An Apprentice Cannot Be Expected To Possess, Cf. The Apprentice Regulations § 6 (4).
