The City Of Castrop-Rauxel (Hereinafter Referred To As The “Client”) Is Tendering The Supply Of Electrical Energy Starting On January 1St, 2027 For A Period Of Two Years In An Open Procedure Throughout Europe. The Contract Can Be Extended Twice For Another Year Each Time. The Electricity To Be Supplied Should Demonstrably Come From 100% Renewable Energy Sources. When The Contract Is Awarded, A Delivery Contract For The Supply Of Electricity Is Concluded With The Bidder Successfully Accepted On The Basis Of This Tender (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contractor) And The Client In Accordance With The Model Electricity Supply Contract (Service Description Appendix 4). The Supply Includes The Delivery Of Electricity Including Use Of The Network, Operation Of Measuring Points And All Activities Directly Related To This Within The Framework Of An All-Inclusive Contract. The Aim Of The Contract Is A Secure Supply On Economical Terms. In Addition To The Delivery Of Electricity, The Contractor Must Provide Energy Consulting Services In Accordance With Section 6 Of The Service Description.
