Part I Of The Order Includes - Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces With Mass From A Recycler In The City Of Szczecinek, Made With Hot Bituminous Mass From A Recycler In The Amount Of Approx. 250 M2 With A Minimum Thickness Of 4 Cm And Consists Of: - Cutting The Edges Of The Damage To The Depth Of The Deepest Damage Enabling Leveling Of Its Bottom, Giving The Damage The Shape Of A Simple Geometric Figure With Vertical Walls, - Removing (Cutting Out Or Milling) Damaged Fragments Of The Surface, - Removing Water, Bringing The Damaged Area To An Air-Dry State, - Thoroughly Cleaning The Bottom And Edges Of The Damaged Area From Loose Grit Grains, Gravel, Sand And Dust, - Spraying The Bottom And Sides Of The Repaired Area With A Quick-Disintegrating Cationic Asphalt Emulsion In The Amount Of 0.5 L/M2 (The Sides Can Be Covered With Self-Adhesive Rubber-Asphalt Tape), - Spreading A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture Processed In A Recycler, Consisting Of Properly Prepared Material Recovered From The Bituminous Surface And The Addition Of New Materials: Aggregate, Filler And Asphalt, And, If Necessary, An Agent Renovating, Using Shovels And Squeegees And Profile Strips, - Thorough Compaction Of The Built-In Material With A Roller Or Plate Compactor, - Clearing The Renovated Area From Rubble And Other Impurities.2.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Performed By The Contractor And Handed Over To The Ordering Party Will Be Fully Consistent With The Agreement And Will Meet The Needs For Which It Is Intended.2.1.2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right, Within The Total Number Of All Works, To Shift The Number Of Works Between Individual Types Of Works.2.1.3. The Scope Of Works Commissioned To The Contractor Will Be At Least 70% Of The Scope Of Works Specified In Point. 2.1. 2.1.4. Ordering Works In An Amount That Does Not Result In Remuneration For The Entire Subject Of The Order Does Not Entitle The Contractor To Request Supplementary, Additional Or Other Orders, As Well As Claims For Payment Of The Entire Remuneration For The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Will Pay The Contractor Remuneration Only For The Works Actually Ordered And Performed.2.1.5. Securing And Marking Work Sites Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.2.1.6. The Materials And Equipment Necessary To Carry Out The Work Are Provided By The Contractor.2.1.7. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Determined By The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - For Part I, Constituting Annex No. 2 To This Swz.
