These Shelf Systems Are Being Partially Updated, And In Addition, The Procurement Unit Needs To Acquire New Shelf Systems To Supplement Or Replace Part Of The Old Shelf Systems. In Connection With The Renovation And Expansion Of The National Museum, Some New Shelving Systems Will Be Purchased For The Site. In Addition To The Above, The Procurement Unit Is Prepared To Renew Or Supplement Its Shelf Systems In Other Locations If Necessary. Primarily, However, The Need For Shelf Systems Focuses On Koke. The Whole To Be Procured Includes The Design, Implementation And Installation Of Shelf Systems. The Parts Of The Whole Can Be Tendered Within The Dynamic Procurement System Either Together Or Separately. To The Extent That The Procurement Unit Orders Services Related To The Design Of New Shelf Systems From A Provider Approved For The Dynamic Procurement System Of Its Choice, The Provider Must Implement The Plans In Such A Way That The Plan Does Not Contain Exclusive Elements Or Other Restrictions, Which Would Prevent Other Operators Approved For The Dynamic Procurement System From Offering A Shelf System According To The Plan If They Wish. Bidders Are Always Given The Opportunity To Familiarize Themselves With The Premises Before Submitting A Bid In Connection With The Internal Tenders Of The Dynamic Procurement System. Offers For Shelf Systems Are Always Delivered To The Location, The Installation Materials Are Removed, And The Shelf Systems Must Be Given A 5-Year Warranty. Bids Must Itemize Any Lift And Equipment Costs Included In The Installation Work. Suppliers Have The Opportunity To Use Forklifts And Lifts That May Exist On The Site, If They Are Free For Other Use. The Shelving Systems Are Designed And Dimensioned According To The Objects To Be Stored. The Size Of The Equipment Varies From Items The Size Of A Pin To Vehicles And Boats Larger Than 15M3. The Collections Include, For Example: - The Maritime Museums Collections: From Boats, To Engines And Technical Equipment - Archeology
