Public Security, Law And Order Services – Awarding Of Special Calls For The Provision Of Security Services In Accordance With Section 5 Luftsig At Cologne/Bonn Airport. In Accordance With Section 16A Paragraph 1 No. 1 Luftsig, The Client Was Entrusted By The Federal Police As The Responsible Aviation Security Authority With Certain Tasks In Carrying Out Security Measures At Cologne/Bonn Konrad Adenauer Airport In Accordance With Section 5 Paragraphs 1 To 3 Luftsig. With The Loan, Responsibility For The Procurement, Operation And Maintenance Of The Security Equipment As Well As The Organization And Control Of Aviation Security Checks, Including Any Commissioning And Coordination Of A Security Service Provider, Is Transferred To The Client. The Client Uses Securitas Aviation Serice Gmbh & Co. Kg (Securitas) As A Service Provider To Provide Security Services In Accordance With Section 5 Luftsig And Has Concluded A Long-Term Contract With Them. To Cover Phases Of Particularly High Demand, The Contractor Provides Security Services (Special Call-Offs) In Addition To Securitas On A Corresponding Call-Out Basis. The Contractor Should Contribute To Ensuring Air Traffic Safety, Particularly In Times Of High Occupancy, Through Conscientious, Service-Oriented And Effective Provision Of Additional Security Services. These Services Are Intended To Counteract Disruptions In The Airports Operations And Increase The Satisfaction Of The Passengers Being Checked. Specifically, It Is Intended To Additionally Staff A Control Lane In The Central Security Checkpoint In Terminal 1 In Selected Time Windows.
