Tenders are invited for WP/Mathu/Sri Ramakrishna T.V. - Renovation of Teachers Quarters Non- Refundable Fee (Rs.) 1000/- Refundable Bid Security/ Cash Deposit (Rs.) 49000/- Place of Issuing and Submission Bidding Documents Divisional EngineerS Office, (Jampaha, No 50, Court Road, Gampaha. t.p 033-2222515 E-Mail: Ncwdegampaha@gmail.Com Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Relevant Divisional Engineers Offices (As in the Column 09 of the table) and may free inspect the bidding documents at the same office during the office hours. To be eligible for contract award, the successful bidder shall not have been black listed and shall meet the requirements and Qualifications should be fulfilled as in the Bidding Document. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may he purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written request to the Relevant Office (As in the Column 09 of the table) of the Western Provincial Council upon payment of non - refundable fee from 9.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs in any working day from 16.03.2026 to 30.03.2026 (except Project No. 05) and from 9.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs in any working day from 16.03.2026 until 06.04.2026 (for Project No.05) The Scaled bids shall be delivered in duplicate with separate envelops, project name written at the top left hand corner and addressed to the place of Submission on or before 31.03.2026 at 10.30 a.m. (except Project No.05) and on or before 07.04.2026 at 10.30 a.m. (for Project No.05) Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders or bidders representatives who choose to attend. Late Bids will be rejected. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security or cash deposit (As in the Column No. 08 of the Table).Acceptable Bid Security details & Bid validity period is as per the Bidding Document. Bidder shall have been registered under the Public Contracts Act No. 03 of 1987 and the Certificate of Registration or payment receipt shall be submitted along with the bid.
