Pursuant To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Assign Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Eur 77,998.77/ Bgn 156,464 For Supplies And Services And The Total Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded According To The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Entire Order. Since The Estimated Value Of Separate Item No. 2 Is Below 25,564.59 Euros Without Vat Or 50,000 /Fifty Thousand/ Bgn Without Vat, It Falls Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. In View Of The Above And On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Separate Position No. 2 Will Be Assigned According To The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop - By Direct Award. The Total Estimated Value Of The Above-Quoted Single Item Is €11,076.70. Without Charged Vat And Their Total Value Is 15.58% Of The Value Of The Order And The Residual Value Of The Order Amounts To 60,024.30 Euros. Without Vat.
