Three (3) Suppliers Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement, Unless There Are Fewer Bidders Who Meet The Eligibility Criteria And Acceptable Bids. The Selection Criteria Is The Overall Economic Affordability, Which Is Based On The Best Price-Quality Ratio As Follows: - Price, Weighting 30% - Quality, Weighting 70% If Two Or More Bidders Receive The Same Total Score In The Comparison: - Priority Is Given To The Bidder With The Higher Quality Score - If Both The Quality Comparison Score And The Price Score Are The Same, The Order Is Decided By Lottery. The Estimated Vat-Free Value Of The Framework Arrangement During The Entire Contract Period (Including Possible Option Periods) Is Eur 800,000, And The Maximum Vat-Free Value Is Eur 1,200,000.
