The System Must Enable The Simultaneous Collection Of Fluorochrome Emissions In A Wide Spectral Range, Their Separation Using Unmixing Algorithms, And At The Same Time Visual Verification And Morphological Classification Of Cells In Real Time Before Their Sorting. The Instrument Must Be Suitable For The Analysis Of Samples With High Autofluorescence Variability And Enable Reliable Detection Of Weakly Expressed Epitopes.
