Engineering Services – Žilina - Exhibition Building – Reconstruction. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Project Documentation For The Project Žilina - Exhibition Building - Reconstruction Based On The Prepared Architectural Study At The Level Of Construction Plan And Construction Project In The Details Of The Implementation Project (Szp/Vpp), Including Geodetic Focus (Gz), Engineering Work And Authors Supervision. The Contractor Of The Project Documentation, If Necessary, Will Also Ensure The Extension Of The Validity Of The Issued And Valid Decision On The Construction Plan And The Verification Of The Construction Project By The Competent Authority Until The Handover Of The Construction Site To The Contractor Of The Implementation Works In Accordance With Act No. 25/2025 Coll. And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws (Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Act). The Building Has Been Declared A National Cultural Monument Since 09/2022. The Dispatch Building Of The Žilina Railway Station Was Built Between 1939 And 1942, And Currently, As An Entrance Area To The City Of Žilina, It Does Not Meet The Requirements Placed On A Building Of Such Importance In Terms Of Layout, Visuals, And Construction-Technical Condition. The Dispatch Building Is Part Of The Žilina Railway Station Area, And The Planned Reconstruction Complements The Ongoing Complex Reconstruction Of The Railway Junction Of The Construction Žsr, Completion Of The Establishment Station Žilina - Teplička And The Subsequent Railway Infrastructure In The Žilina Junction, Which Includes Ensuring The Intuitive And Smooth Movement Of Passengers Without Unnecessary Disruptive Transfers Within The Žst, As Well As Optimizing And Making The Time Of Passing The Passenger Through The Dispatcher More Attractive The Building Connecting The Vestibule Of The Dispatch Building With The New Hall Of The Traffic Control Center Building And The Platforms Implemented As Part Of The Construction Of The Žilina Interchange.
