The Current Infrastructure Has Exceeded Its Service Life, Leading To Higher Maintenance Costs, Reduced Indoor Air Quality (Iaq), And Operational Inefficiencies. Key Scopes Of Work Decommissioning: Safe Recovery Of Refrigerants And Removal Of Legacy Rtus. Structural & Curbing: Modification Or Replacement Of Existing Roof Curbs To Accommodate New Unit Footprints And Ensure Watertight Integrity. Equipment Installation: Installation Of High-Efficiency Rtus Featuring Variable Speed Drives (Vsds) And Demand-Controlled Ventilation (Dcv). Controls Integration: Integration Of New Hardware Into The Existing Building Management System (Bms) For Remote Monitoring And Optimized Scheduling. Commissioning: Comprehensive Testing, Adjusting, And Balancing (Tab) To Ensure Optimal Airflow And Thermal Comfort In All Classrooms And Administrative Areas.
