That, The Hospital Del Salvador Needs To Have The Agreement For The Supply Of Reagents, Supplies, Complete Equipment And Computer System For Analysis And Processing Of Samples For The Hematology And Flow Cytometry Laboratory For 11 Months For The Hospital Del Salvador, Hereinafter Also “Hds” Or “Hospital”, In Order To Adequately And Efficiently Satisfy The Care Work; That, For The Determined Amount, This Tender Is Located In The Section For Contracts Equal To Or Greater Than 5,000 Utm, In Accordance With Article 36 Of The Regulations Of Law No. 19,886; That, The Contracting Amount, In Accordance With Resolution No. 36 Of 2024 Of The Comptroller General Of The Republic, Is Less Than 10,000 Utm, Which Is Subject To Replacement Controls, Which Is Why It Cannot Exceed Said Limit; That, After Making The Respective Queries, The Provision Of These Goods Or Services Is Not Available Through Framework Agreements Offered In The Information System Of The Purchasing Directorate, Www.Mercadopublico.Cl;
