Central Finlands Welfare Region Is Establishing A Dynamic Procurement System (Dps) For Small Diagnostic Equipment And Supplies. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Medical Small Diagnostic Equipment Intended For Daily Professional Use In Primary Care, Specialized Medical Care And Social Care, Related Equipment-Related Accessories (Including Products Compatible With The Current Equipment Base) And Possible Maintenance Services. The Dynamic Procurement System Is Not Divided Into Categories. Dps Internal Tenders Can Be Divided Into Sub-Areas If Necessary. The Small Diagnostic Devices Targeted By This Dynamic Purchasing System (Dps) Are Divided Into Sub-Areas By Device Group: - Small Measuring And Patient Monitoring Devices And Accessories: Blood Pressure Monitors For Primary Health And Social Care Use, Fever Monitors, Stethoscopes, Breathalyzers And Pulse Oximeters - Sensory Organs (Ears, Eyes, Skin) Examination Devices And Accessories: Sampling And Ophthalmoscopes, Dermatoscopes, Retinoscopes, Tonometers, Screening Audiometers And Tympanometers - Length Measurements And Patient Scales And Accessories: Length Measurement System, Length Measurement With Scale And Wall Length Measurement With Reel, As Well As Baby, Floor, Chair, Column, Stretcher And Special Scales - Physiotherapy Small Research Equipment: E.G. Compression Force Meter T, Goniometers And Protractors T, Scoliometers And Reflex Hammers - Other Small Medical Examination And Treatment Equipment And Supplies: Blood Vessel And Fetal Dopplers, Small Ultrasound Equipment For Examining Cheek And Frontal Cavities, Blue Light Equipment And Tens And Tens/Ems Equipment And Other Possible Small Medical Diagnostic Equipment And Supplies Needed By The Procurement Unit. In The Internal Tenders Of The Dynamic Procurement System, The Products To Be Tendered And The Places Of Use In The Welfare Area Are Specified And Defined. The Welfare Area Of Central Finland Accepts All Applicants Who Have Submitted A Participation Application And Who Meet The Suitability Requirements Set For Providers Into The System. Procurements Are Made Within The Dynamic Procurement System With Separate Requests For Tenders, I.E. Internal Tenders. The Dynamic Procurement System Is Valid Until 31 December 2030, Unless It Is Shortened Or Extended With A Separate Announcement. During The Establishment Phase Of The Dynamic Procurement System, At Least 30 Days Have Been Set Aside For Submitting The Application For Participation From The Day On Which The Procurement Notice Has Been Sent For Publication. During The Establishment Phase, It Is Not Possible To Conduct Tenders Within The Dynamic Procurement System. We Will Enter The Procurement Phase During Spring 2026, And The First Procurements Are Planned To Be Carried Out During 2026. The Purpose Of The Dynamic Procurement System Is To Acquire Small Medical Devices And Small Diagnostic Devices For The Use Of The Entire Welfare Area. The Procurement Unit Processes Participation Applications Received During The Establishment Phase Within 10 Working Days After The End Of The Establishment Phase. The Entire System Can Apply To Become A Supplier To The System
