Electricity - Delivery Of Net Active Electrical Energy And Selection Of A Balancing Group Coordinator For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Etropole. The Current Public Procurement Is Mixed Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Para. 1 Of The Zop And Includes Activities With More Than One Object Under Art. 3 Of The Zop, Namely: Supply Of Electricity Carried Out By Purchase And Provision Of A Service For The Construction Of A System For Remote Measurement And Monitoring Of The Consumption Of The Supplied Energy. In View Of This And In Accordance With Art. 11, Para. 2 Of The Zop, The Object That Characterizes The Activities - The Main Subject Of The Order Is Supply Of Electricity By Purchase, In The Sense Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Civil Code. The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Contracting Authoritys Facilities By A Licensed Electrical Energy Supplier And Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group To Supply Net Active Electrical Energy With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And Bearing The Costs Of Imbalances. The Contractor Should Provide A Combined Service - Sale Of Electric Energy And Payment For The Services Access To And Transmission Through The Power Transmission And/Or Power Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing. In Its Capacity As Standard Balancing Group Coordinator, The Contractor Shall Take Responsibility For Balancing The Clients Sites, Include The Client As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group With The Contractors Coordinator, Without The Client Paying A Participation Fee, And Provide Forecasting Of The Clients Consumption, Including The Administration Of The Clients Hourly Consumption Schedules. Based On The Above, A Contract For Combined Services Will Be Concluded With The Contractor Within The Meaning Of Art. 11, Item 10 And Under The Conditions Of Art. 20 Of Ptee /Rules For Trading In Electrical Energy/. The Contractor Should Comply With The Provisions Of The Energy Act (Ee) And Its By-Laws, Which Relate To The Subject Of The Order, As Well As The Orders Of The Electricity System Operator, So As Not To Be Removed From The Balancing Energy Market. The Contractor Should Deliver The Required Amount Of Electrical Energy Within The Relevant Terms, Performing All The Necessary Actions, So As To Ensure The Fulfillment Of The Order. The Contractor Should Provide Forecasting Of The Consumption Of The Contracting Authoritys Sites And Carry Out Planning And Negotiation Of Specific Amounts Of Electrical Energy, According To Ptee. If Necessary, The Contractor Should Register The Non-Registered Objects Of The Contracting Authority On The Electricity Market And Perform The Necessary Actions To Change The Coordinator Of The Balancing Group, According To The Current Legislation. In The Event Of A Change In The Obligation To Society Price, Charges, Supplements, Contributions And Taxes To The Price Of Electricity, As Well As The Introduction Of New Obligations And/Or Components To The Price Of A Producer And/Or Trader, Set By The Commission For Energy And Water Regulation (Kevr) And/Or By Another Competent Authority
