Radioactive-, Toxic-, Medical- And Hazardous Waste Services – Transportation And Disposal Of Hazardous Waste. During The Planned Public Procurement Procedure, The Subject Of The Contract To Be Concluded Is The Acceptance, Collection, Transportation, Treatment, And Handing Over For Treatment Of Medical (Infectious) And Other Hazardous Waste That Requires Special Treatment And Is Generated At The Bidders Premises. The Tenderer States That The Quantities For The 12-Month Contract Period Are As Follows: Number Of Emptyings Into Refrigerated Containers 52 Times Per Site Per Year, In The Case Of Baka Központ At Least Two Deliveries Per Day; The Amount Of Waste Generated Is 165,000 Kg/12 Months. (So For 24 Months: Number Of Emptyings Into Refrigerated Containers Per Location 104 Times/24 Months, In The Case Of Baka Központ Removal At Least Twice A Day; The Amount Of Waste Generated Is 330,000 Kg/24 Months.) The Contracting Authority May Deviate From The Specified Quantity By A Maximum Of -30% (Minus 30%) During The Performance Of The Contract, So With Regard To The Specified 24-Month Quantity The Winning Bidder Undertakes A 70% Drawdown Obligation For The Contracting Authority In Addition To 1 30 M3 (±5 M3) At The Central Site (7400 Kaposvár Tallián Gy. U. 20-32), As Well As At The Mosdós Site (7257 Mosdós, Petőfi U. 4) And At The Szaplonczay Manó Marcali Hospital (8700 Marcali Széchenyi U. 17-21.) Provision Of 1-1 5 M3 (±1 M3) Refrigeration Container Suitable For This Purpose At 0-5 °C, In Which The Contracting Authority Will Dispose Of (Infectious) Medical Waste Requiring Special Treatment (Hak 18 01 03) On Waste Management Activities Related To The Waste Generated At The Health Service Provider. (Vi. 12.) According To Article 3 (5) B) Of The Emmi Regulation, It Is Stored For A Maximum Of 30 Days. The Task Of The Successful Tenderer Is To Collect Medical Waste Requiring Special Treatment (Infectious) Once A Week From The Above Refrigerated Containers, To Disinfect The Containers, And To Transport And Dispose Of The Waste With A Delivery Sheet, And To Return The Appropriate Copy Of The Delivery Sheet Electronically. The Task Of The Winning Bidder Is Also To The Contracting Authority, 7400 Kaposvár Guba Sándor Utca 40. The Removal Of Special Medical Hazardous Waste From Its Site Under At Least Twice A Day, Which The Contracting Authority Stores At The Site For A Maximum Of 48 Hours.
