The Contractor Will Deliver The Equipment Within 21 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. 6. The Contractor Declares That The Equipment Offered On The Day Of Signing The Equipment Acceptance Protocol Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Equipment That Is The Subject Of The Contract To The Building Of The Lublin Center Of Innovation And Technology, Ul. Uniwersytecka 4 Rooms 1, 20-029 Lublin, On Its Own, At Its Own Expense And Risk, During The Ordering Partys Office Hours, I.E. From 7.30 A.M. To 3.30 P.M. On Business Days. 8. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Equipment Together With Warranty Cards, Operating Instructions And Other Documents Prepared In Polish, Necessary To Take Over The Equipment For Use Or To Indicate The Manufacturers Publicly Available Website With The Latest Available Versions Of The Instructions/Documentation. If The Operating Manual/Documentation Is Not Available In Polish, The Ordering Party Will Allow The Manual/Documentation In English. 9. If The Warranty Cards Result In Warranty Terms That Are More Favorable For The Ordering Party Than Those Provided For In The Contract, They Shall Apply To The Contract. 10. The Warranty Does Not Exclude Or Limit The Ordering Partys Rights Arising From The Warranty For Defects.
