The Subject Of The Procurement Is Traffic Signs With Installation Equipment And Barrier Booms In Accordance With The Specifications Presented In This Request For Tender. The Procurement Is Divided Into Two Different Sub-Areas. The Customer Will Select Three (3) Suppliers/Sub-Area As Contract Suppliers, If A Sufficient Number Of Accepted Bids Are Received. The Basis For Selection Is The Cheapest Price In The Sub-Area. During The Contract Period, The Customer Orders The Products In Accordance With The Order Of Priority, The Customer Has The Right To Deviate From The Order Of Priority If The Supplier Is Unable To Deliver The Products In A Sufficient Time Frame. The Customer Can Hold A Mini-Competition Among Those Selected As Framework Contract Suppliers For Products According To The Sub-Areas Product Category That Are Not Requested In This Request For Tender. The Contract Is Based On The General Contract Terms Of Public Procurement (Jyse 2025 Goods) The Customer Is Not Committed To Any Minimum Purchase Quantities.
