The Subject Of This Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works In Connection With The Site: Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network In The Village Of Zavoy. For The Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network Of The Village Of Zavoy, Tundzha Municipality, The Contracting Authority, Has Commissioned And Accordingly Accepted An Investment Technical Project (Itp) With The Scope And Content, According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects. Itp Includes The Parts: Waterworks, Geodesy, Engineering Geology And Hydrology, Fire Safety, Pbz And Puso. It Was Duly Approved And Based On It, The Chief Architect Of Tundzha Municipality Issued Building Permit No. 52 Dated 28.03.2025. The Existing Water Supply Network Of The Village Of Zavoy Has A Total Length Of Approximately 11 Km. It Is Built Mainly From Asbestos-Cement Pipes With A Diameter Of 80 Mm. There Are 378 Constructed Water Diversions In The Village Of Zavoy With A Total Approximate Length Of 3.3 Km. And Are Constructed Of Galvanized Pipes. The Water Supply Network Has A Total Of 2 Shut-Off Valves - One On The Food Supply Pipeline At The Beginning Of The Village And One At The Intersection Of Kamchiya Street And Treti Mart Street. The Stopcocks Are In Working Order. The Project Does Not Cover The Replacement Of The Entire Water Supply Network. The Total Length Of The Water Supply Network To Be Reconstructed Is 4754.05 M, Submitted By The Contracting Authority As A Route. Shut-Off Valves Are Provided At Every Deviation From The Main Branch And Every 300-400 M Along The Length Of The Main Branches. Also, Areas With Taps Were Separated On The Secondary Ones, And The Requirement That No More Than 5 Hydrants Should Be Closed In The Event Of An Emergency Was Observed. All Types And Quantities Of Construction And Assembly Works Are Indicated In The Technical Specifications And The Investment Project Attached To Them. The Term For Construction Execution Is As Specified By The Participant Designated As The Contractor In The Proposal For Execution Of The Order - Sample No. 1, But No More Than 18/Eighteen/ Months, With The Term Starting From The Signing Of The Protocol For Opening A Construction Site And Determining The Construction Line And Level For Construction Of The Technical Infrastructure - Appendix No. 2A To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003. For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction And Until The Completion Of Construction Works On The Site And Drawing Up Of A Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Construction - Appendix No. 15 To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 15 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction Without Remarks.
