Due To The Expiry Of The Current Contracts For Civil Engineering Work Within Twence, A New Tender Is Being Prepared For All Ground, Road, Hydraulic Engineering And Site Management Work On And Around Twence Locations. These Activities Are Important For The Safe, Efficient And Maintenance Of Infrastructure, Sites And Operational Business Processes. The Tender Is Structured In Two Separate Lots, So That It Can Be Tailored To The Substantive Nature, Scope And Risks Of The Different Types Of Work. Tenderers Can Register For One Or Both Lots. Lot 1: Civil Engineering Work The Purchasing Requirement Concerns The Execution Of Ground, Road And Hydraulic Engineering Work At Twence Locations. This Involves Both Corrective And Planned Work, Including: Repair Of Asphalt, Concrete And Element Pavements; Maintenance And Repair Of Gullies, Wells And Culverts; Repair Of Road Furniture, Markings And Traffic Facilities; Work On Cables And Pipes; Construction And Adaptation Of Infrastructure In The Context Of Investments And Mjop. In Addition, All Work Resulting From Wishes And Investments (Mjop), Not Exhaustive: New Parking Spaces, Container Exchange Areas, Tank And Washing Areas, New Main Routes, Stabling Areas, Walking Paths, The Spaces Outside The Installations That Are Used For (Temporary) Storage Of Materials. Lot 2: Ground And Site Work This Lot Includes All Work Resulting From Facility Reports, Inspections And Small-Scale Site Work. This Includes: Minor Earthwork, Repair Of Clinker And Concrete Paving, Stelcon Slabs, Semi-Paving, Digging/Suction Of Test Trenches, Work On Gullies, Wells, Culverts, Work On Cables And Pipes (In Preparation For Third Parties), Cleaning Up And Maintenance Of Fire-Fighting Ponds, Ad-Hoc Excavation Work, Including Urgent Assignments. The Work Mainly Takes Place At The Main Location In Boeldershoek In Hengelo, Supplemented With A Limited Number Of External Locations.
