Ingardena 6 In Krakow.2. The Ordering Party Informs That The Scope Of Work Is Shown In The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex A To The Swz. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex A To This Swz, Which Includes The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior), As Well As The Bill Of Quantities. The Ordering Party Emphasizes That The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Only Auxiliary Material, And The Basis For Preparing The Offer Is The Design Documentation And Stwior.4. Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Present To The Ordering Party A Material And Financial Schedule And Submit It For Approval By The Ordering Party, Who Has The Right To Make Changes To This Schedule Also At The Stage Of Task Implementation. 5.
