1) Part 1 - Construction Of An Observation Tower With Land Development In Biała Góra. The Task Involves The Construction Of An Observation Tower With Land Development And Installation Of Small Infrastructure Elements On The Slope Of Biała Góra In The Town Of Majdan Górny In The Tomaszów Lubelski Commune. The Tower Will Be Built In The Central Part Of The Plot - At The Top Of The Hill. The Tower Will Consist Of A Main Observation Deck Located On The Top Floor And Viewing Balconies At The Landing Level. The Supporting Structure Will Consist Of Wooden Poles And Beams. Larch Construction Wood Will Be Used To Make The Core Of The Tower. The Tower Structure Is Rectangular In Plan. The Core Of The Tower Was Designed In The Form Of A Spatial Frame, On A Rectangular Plan With Sides (6.2 X 11.04 M). The Entrance To The Towers Viewing Platform Is Provided By A Two-Flight Staircase With A Wooden Structure, Based On A Self-Supporting Wooden Support Structure. The Viewing Platform (Observation Terrace) Was Designed In The Form Of A Naked Wooden Ceiling, Based On The Ring Of The Tower Shaft. The Roof Over The Viewing Platform Of The Tower - 4-Pitch, Sloping, With Slopes And A Wooden, Rafter Roof Truss, Made Of Larch Wood. The Foundation Of The Tower Is Designed On Columns And A Foundation Slab. A Wooden Terrace Will Be Built Next To The Tower, From Which Access To The Tower Will Be Provided, And Small Architectural Elements Will Be Installed - Wooden Benches And Garbage Bins. The Area Around The Investment With An Area Of 100 M2 Will Be Sown With Grass. The Project Includes A Paved Gravel Surface With Access And Parking Spaces. The Observation Tower Will Be Equipped With An Electrical Installation For Lighting The Four External Walls Of The Facade, On Which A Total Of Six Lighting Fixtures Will Be Installed. The External Area Adjacent To The Tower Will Be Illuminated With Three Lighting Sets. A Lightning Protection System Will Be Installed On The Roof Of The Observation Tower. The Area Of The Construction Project Is Not Entered In The Register Of Monuments And Is Not Subject To Conservation Protection.
