The Subject Of The Order Is - In Accordance With The Technical Documentation And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Reconstruction Of The Culvert Under The District Road No. 2912 S, Which Is Currently Used To Carry Excess Water From The Water Reservoir To A Drainage Ditch Located In The Forest Area Of ​​The Rudziniec Forest District. The Culvert Is Used To Carry Water From The Reservoir Towards The Świbska Woda Stream. The Culvert Is Marked With The Registration Number Jni 01015147 Along The District Road 2912 S At Km 0+510 In The Town Of Dąbrówka (Hubertus - Staw). 2. Construction Works Will Be Performed On The Basis Of Building Permit No. 604/22 Of November 29, 2022 (Wab. 6740.8.00037.2022)3. The Scope Of Works To Be Performed Includes In Particular: - Demolition Of The Existing Facility Along With Access Sections In Front And Behind The Facility - Construction Of A New Culvert In Place Of The Existing One - Reconstruction Of The Road On The Access Roads To The Facility - Installation Of A Service Channel - Installation Of The H2/W2/B Barrier Handrail With A Handrail - Placing Height Signs.4. Length Of The Reconstructed Road Section - Approximately 55 M. Road Width: 2 X 2.75 M, Shoulder Width: 2 X 1.0 Cm. 5. Basic Data Of The Culvert Being Built: Reinforced Concrete, Prefabricated Box Structure, Thickness. Walls 18 Cm. A Temporary Gate Valve Will Be Attached To The Culvert, Enabling Water Regulation In The Pond Adjacent To The Investment Using A Turnbuckle. Road Width On The Facility: 2X2.75 Cm, Roadside Width 2X0.75 Cm With 2 X 0.25 Cm Against The Slope. 6. The Documentation Provides For 5 Trees To Be Cut Down. The Contractor Will Not Be Responsible For Cutting Them Down Because They Were Removed By The Ordering Party. 7. Signage And Road Safety Devices Appearing In The Area Covered By The Works Are The Property Of The Ordering Party. There Is Vertical Signage Within The Facility, Which Will Be Dismantled By The Ordering Party. The Dismantling Date Will Be Determined Jointly By The Representative Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor. The Facility Is Currently Equipped With Energy-Absorbing Barriers That Are Scheduled For Disassembly. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Dismantling Them And Handing Them Over To The Ordering Party Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party.3.8.
