1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Underground Water Intake - Well No. 1 In The Town Of Budy Michałowskie On The Municipal Property With Registration Number 308/1 In Accordance With The Geological Works Design Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 2. The Ordering Party Planned To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Two Stages. 1) Stage I - Drilling A Well With A Depth Of 250 M Using A Rotary Drill System (Pilot): - A Biting Auger With A Diameter Of Not Less Than 216 Mm In A Passage Of 0-190 M - A Core Drill In A Passage Of 190-250 M After Completing Stage I, The Employer, Based On The Tests Carried Out And The Results Obtained, Will Decide To Continue The Work And Start Stage Ii Or To Complete The Works And Close The Hole. If A Decision Is Made To Complete The Work, The Contractor Will Decommission The Hole And Prepare Appropriate Documentation Of The Geological Works. If A Decision Is Made To Continue The Work, The Contractor Will Perform Stage Ii Of The Order. 2) Stage Ii Target Drilling: - A Drill With A Diameter Enabling The Embedding Of A Ø 711 Mm Conductor In A Clay Plug To A Depth Of Not Less Than 6 M (Removed After Drilling) - A Biting Auger Enabling The Embedding Of A Ø 473 Mm Pipe To A Depth Of 180 M (Pipes In The Hole Cemented From A Shoe) - A Biting/Eccentric Auger With A Diameter Of Not Less Than Ø 375 Mm To A Depth Of 220 M - Carrying Out Test Pumping, Including Cleansing Pumping For A Minimum Of 24 Hours And Measurement Pumping With A Period Needed To Stabilize The Water Table In The Hole Of At Least 72 H, - Performing Physico-Chemical And Bacteriological Analysis Of Raw Water, - Preparing Geodetic Documentation, To The Extent Necessary To Develop As-Built Hydrogeological Documentation, - Preparing Hydrogeological Documentation Post-Construction Together With Hydrogeological Supervision.3.
