Land Development Design And Architectural And Construction Design;3) Technical/Executive Design - Depending On The Scope;4) Investors Cost Estimate With Bill Of Quantities;5) Technical Specifications - Elements Of The Works Indicated By The Ordering Party.6) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment On The Basis Of The Construction Law And Detailed Rules Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting An Annex To These Tender Materials,7) All Arrangements, If Any, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations8) Other Formal Documents Necessary For The Implementation Of Construction Works Resulting From The Nature Of The Works And Applicable Regulations, Such As Preparing An Application To Obtain A Ulicp Decision;1.2. The Scope Of Works That The Design Documentation Is To Include In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Complete Warehouse Building With An Area Of ​​Approximately 80-100 M2, Garage Doors, Joinery, Hall In A Steel Structure With Sandwich Panel Cladding, Approval For The Construction Of A Mezzanine, Storage Racks Or Two-Level Rack Structures. Flooring Allowing The Movement Of Trucks And Forklifts;2) Construction Of A Volunteer Fire Department Station With An Area Of 250-350 M2, Part Of The Building In Traditional Technology, Part Of The Frame With Sandwich Panels, Number Of Rooms And Their Types Indicated In The Design Concept, Single-Story Or Two-Story Building In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines At The Stage Of Implementation And Acceptance Of The Concept;3) A Set Of Internal And External Installations, Including Drainage And Storm Sewage, Drainage Of The Square; 4) Development Of The Area, Including Hardening, Communication For Trucks; 5) Delivery And Installation Of Equipment Necessary To Launch The Facility; 6) As Part Of The Accompanying Works, Repair And Reconstruction Works Will Be Carried Out In Connection With The Works Carried Out, Including The Demolition Of Existing Elements, Reconstruction Of The Network And Connections - If A Collision Occurs;
