The Aim Of This Public European Tender Is To Conclude An Agreement With One Or More Contractors Per Plot For The Purpose Of Hiring Agricultural Staff For The Pilot Companies Of Open Cultivation Of Wageningen Plant Research (Wpr). Wpr Has Several Test Locations Spread Across The Netherlands. The Tender Is Divided Into Lots And Each Lot Represents A Different Trial Location. This Choice Was Made Based On The Geographical Locations Of The Test Companies. The Assignment Is Divided Into The Following Lots: Lot 1 – Lelystad (Including Nagele); Plot 2 – Vredepeel. The Contracting Authority Assesses And Awards The Contract Per Lot To The Tenderer Who Has Submitted The Tender With The Best Price-Quality Ratio (Pkv). One Or More Separate Agreements Are Concluded Per Plot. Each Agreement Is Concluded For A Term Of Four (4) Years Starting On July 1, 2026, With The Option For The Client To Terminate The Agreement After One (1) Year With A Notice Period Of Three (3) Months. The Tender Is Carried Out In Accordance With The European Directive 2014/24/Eu, Converted For The Netherlands Into The Public Procurement Act 2012 As Amended On 1 July 2016 (Aw).
