There Are No Plans To Have A Basement In The Building. The Gross Floor Area Is Approximately 936 M2. The Eaves Height Is 9.83M. The Foundation Is Built On Gravel Columns That Improve The Subsoil And Have A Load Distribution Layer. The Building Is Intended To Be Of Solid Construction. The Roof Has A Steel Construction With Trapezoidal Sheet Metal, Partly Also Made Of Reinforced Concrete. The Facades Are Made Of Clinker Brickwork And Suspended Metal Panels.
