By Means Of The Open Space Planning And The Positioning Of The New Building, Both An Improved Integration Into The Urban Development Environment And The Art Area Should Be Created, Taking Into Account Existing Urban Planning Ideas And The Requirements Of The Campus Development Itself, As Well As The Possibility Of Improved Living Qualities In The Outdoor Space.
