Electricity – Supply Of Energy In The Buildings And Facilities Of The Herencia City Council Through An Open Procedure Harmonized Regulation. The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Electrical Energy To The Facilities And Offices Under The Ownership Of The City Council Of Herencia, In Order To Guarantee Their Operation And The Provision Of Municipal Public Services. Said Energy Supply Must Be Of 100% Renewable Origin, Favoring The Transition To A Low-Carbon Economy, And Be Executed In Accordance With Social And Environmental Criteria, In Compliance With Directive 2012/27/Eu, Of October 25, 2012, And In Coherence With The City Councils Commitment To Energy Efficiency And Sustainability. Likewise, And In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 99.2 Of The Lcsp On The Plurality Of Differentiated Services, The Contract Must Include In An Integrated Manner An Energy Management Service That Allows Digital Monitoring Of Consumption And Billing, Facilitating The Assessment And Implementation Of Measures That Allow Improving Energy Efficiency, And Thereby Contribute To The Responsible And Sustainable Use Of Public Resources.
