Interior Design (Decorative Painting And Restoration Design, Spa Hotel Image Design, Separate Furniture Design). The Area Of The Property: 12,799 M2, The Useful Floor Area Of The Spa Hotel: 2395.56 M2, The Useful Floor Area Of The Steam Bath Is 384.8 M2. Revision Of The Available Licensing And Construction Plans, Follow-Up Of Legislative Changes, Clarification Of Plans, Finalization According To The Requests Of The Contracting Authority, Which Includes The Following Main Tasks: A) Based On The Construction Plans Approved In 2022, The Plans Of The Named Buildings – Spa Hotel, Steam Bath Building – Need To Be Updated, Taking Into Account The Above-Mentioned Aspects. The Tenderer Wishes To Implement Minimal Changes In The Current Situation Compared To Previous Plans.
