Cleaning Products – Supply Of Wooden Wiping Products And Dispenser For The Ccas And Ville Distres Group. In Order To Achieve Economies Of Scale, The Above-Mentioned Parties Have Agreed, After Approval By Their Respective Deliberative Bodies, To Join Forces To Group Their Purchases Of Cleaning Products. It Was Therefore Decided To Constitute, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article L.2113-1 1° Of The Public Procurement Code, A Group Of Orders, The Operating Methods Of Which Are Determined In The Constitutive Agreement Attached To The Business Consultation File. This Is A Group Of Orders In Which The Coordinator (The City Of Istres) Will Be Responsible, In Addition To The Award Procedure, Of Signing The Contract And Notifying It On Behalf Of All The Members Of The Group (City And Ccas Of Istres), Each Member Of The Group Ensuring, As Far As They Are Concerned, The Proper Execution Of The Contract With Their Own Budget. The Purpose Of The Grouping Of Orders Thus Formed Is To Place, Sign And Notify This Contract.
