The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Electricity In The A23 Tariff For Facilities Located On The Premises Of The Ordering Party In Promnik, Ul. Saint Tekli 62, Strawczyn Commune For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, I.E. From May 1, 2026, For A Period Of 12 Months, I.E. April 30, 2027, Or 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract If It Was Not Possible To Sign The Contract Within The Specified Period, Valid No Earlier Than After The Effective Process Of Changing The Supplier With The Distribution System Operator. Due To The Fact That The Ordering Partys Electricity Production And Internal Consumption Are Variable, The Ordering Party Is Unable To Provide Exact Amounts Of Energy That It Will Feed Into The Network During The Term Of The Contract. The Approximate Annual Amounts Of Energy Introduced Are Approximately 600 Mwh (Data From 2025). The Volume Included By The Ordering Party In The Tender Procedure Is The Volume Reduced By The Energy Produced And Consumed By The Ordering Party For Its Own Needs. Energy Is Fed Into The Grid Mainly At Night.
