The City Planning Of Lohja Requests Your Offer For The Survey Of The Nature Values ​​Of The Objects Located In The Lohja, Inkoo And Raasepor Areas (See Appendix 1 And The Attached Location Information) In Relation To The Y12 Irl Land Use Vision. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Prepare A Nature Assessment That Is Sufficient For The Preparation Of The General Plan. The Procurement Decision Is Made By The Three Municipalities Together. The Vision Of Irl Land Use Is A Joint General Vision Work Of The Hydrogen Triangle Of Inkoo, Raasepor And Lohja For Land Use In The Vicinity Of The Municipal Borders. A National Hydrogen Network Is Being Planned Near The Municipal Borders. The Planning Work Examines The Potential And Suitability Of The Area Designated For Industrial Activity. An Industrial Area Can Have Several Independent Production Facilities With Common Infrastructure, Structures And Services. Regarding The Survey Area, It Is Intended To Investigate Whether Possible Nature Values ​​Set Boundary Conditions For The Development Of The Area And How Possible Nature Values ​​Should Be Taken Into Account In Land Use Planning. The Area Subject To The Nature Survey Is Located On The Lohja And Raasepor Side, South Of The Hanko-Hyvinkää Line And In The North Of Inkoo In The Area Between Mustio And Virkkalantie (Mt 112). The Areas Of The Survey Areas For Each Municipality Are: Inkoo 745 Ha, Raasepori 515 Ha And Lohja 655 Ha.
