flood Protection Tonstad - Dp3 - Cultural Center Area . Description The Client Is To Carry Out Flood Protection Measures In The Center Of Tonstad By The River Sira, In The West Of Agder County. This Measure Applies To Sub-Project 3 – Flood Protection Of The Cultural Center Area. The Project Is Carried Out As A Turnkey Contract. The Flood Protection Includes The Establishment Of Floodworks Along The Sira With The Use Of Vinyl Sheet Piling/Embankment With Waterproofing Cloth/Moraine Sealing And Partial Use Of Organizational Measures With Beam Fences, As Well As Erosion Protection. On The Inside Of The Floodgate, Measures For Handling Stormwater Must Be Included With The Establishment Of Ditches And Stormwater Networks As Well As A Solution For The Use Of Pumps For Stormwater And An Access Road To These. The Measure Will Be Established At Fintlandsmonan, In The Area With The Cultural Center, Football Field, Schools And Kindergarten. The Planned Start Of Construction Is Spring 2026, With The Latest Deadline For Completion On 15 October 2026.
