Project: Tender21587 - Construction Services For The Ogoki Waste Disposal Site Closure . The Ministry Is Seeking The Provision Of Construction Services For The Formula Closure Of The Ogoki Waste Disposal Site Which Consists Of Capping And Closure Of The Ogoki Waste Disposal Site Located 115 Kilometers Northeast Of The Intersection Of Highway 584 And 643. The Universal Transverse Mercator (Utm) North American Datum Of 1983 (Nad 83) Coordinates Of The Site Are: Zone 16U Easting 438,732M And 5,623,192M. The Work Includes All Labour, Materials, Equipment, Engineering Oversight, Testing, And Reporting Required To Complete The Capping And Closure Of The Ogoki Waste Disposal Site In Accordance With The Approved Ogoki Wds Closure Plan, Environmental Compliance Approval A5900 48, Standard Specifications, And All Applicable Legislation. Work Is Anticipated To Commence July 2026 And A Substantial Competition Date Of October 15, 2026. Scope Of Work For The Purpose Of E-Tendering System, And Without Limiting The Generality Of The Definition Of “Work” In Section Gc.1.04 Of Schedule 6 Within The Referenced Rfb Documents, The Term “Work” Includes The Following Items, Not Necessarily In This Sequence And Not Limited To The Following: • Requesting Utility Locates And Coordinating Any Required Utility Relocations Prior To Commencing Work • Mobilization And Establishment Of Temporary Site Facilities For Construction Staff And The Contract Administrator • Site Preparation, Including Vegetation And Tree Clearing • Completion Of Required Topographical Surveys And Associated Control Network Documentation • Implementation Of Environmental Protection Measures • Compliance With All Health And Safety And Site Specific Requirements • Project Management, Scheduling, And Reporting Obligations • Fulfillment Of General Site Obligations Throughout The Duration Of The Project Overall Project Timeline • Contract Execution: By July 2026 • Substantial Performance: On Or Before October 15, 2026 • Final Completion: On Or Before December 1, 2026
