Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – New Construction Of The Wertstoffhof, Kolbermoor - Structural Planning Services In Accordance With §§49 Ff Hoai-Lph 1-6.8. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Structural Planning Services To Be Commissioned In Stages In Accordance With §§49 Ff Hoai-Lph 1-6.8; The City Of Kolbermoor Intends To Build A New Construction And Recycling Center On Part Of The Property, Area Numbers: 2672 And 1427, To Supply Waste Management To The Residents Of The City Of Kolbermoor. It Is Intended To Completely Replace The Existing Recycling Center On Geigelsteinstrasse. The New Recycling Center To Be Built Must Offer Users An Adequate, Safe And Legally Compliant Option For Delivering Waste (E.G. Bulky Waste) And Waste Containing Valuable Materials (Recyclables E.G. Waste Paper) From Private Households In Accordance With The Acceptance Spectrum In Accordance With Appendix 2 Of The Description Of Measures Enclosed In The Tender Documents. The Recycling Center Must Be Designed In Such A Way That This Range Of Acceptance Can Be Subsequently Changed And Expanded. Furthermore, It Must Be Structurally Ensured That Acceptance Can Be Carried Out In A Controlled Manner And With The Advice Of The City Of Kolbermoors Specialist Staff. At The Same Time, Efficient Collection Of Waste In Containers And Its Removal By Trucks Must Be Ensured Structurally. In Addition, The Facility Will Serve As A Municipal Construction Yard With Storage And Parking Space For Equipment, Municipal Emergency Vehicles And Materials. The Capacity Of The Construction And Recycling Center Must Be Based, On The One Hand, On The Population Of The City Of Kolbermoor (Currently Approx. 19,500) And, On The Other Hand, On The Range Of Acceptance In Accordance With Appendix 2 To This Description Of The Measures. The Following Functional Areas Are To Be Accommodated In The Facility: - Access And Departure Area - Green Waste Collection Point And Recycling Island For The Usual Household Recyclables And Acceptance Area For Dangerous Goods And Electronic Waste - Acceptance Area For Chargeable Recyclables And Larger Quantities Of Common Household Recyclables - Storage Area For Materials And Equipment From The Building Yard In The Basement - Clearance Height 2.50 M - Building With Office, Cash Register And Social Room For The Employees (3 Employees + 2 Representatives) Of The Recycling Center As Well As Sanitary Facilities Facilities For Employees And Toilets For Visitors And Users - Parking Areas For Deliverers And Separate Parking Spaces For Employees - Areas For Loading And Removing Waste By Truck, Separate From Delivery. It Is Intended To Create The Construction And Recycling Center On Two Levels, With The Green Waste Collection Point, The Recycling Island For The Usual Household Recyclables And The Acceptance Area For Dangerous Goods And Electronic Waste Being Located At Ground Level And Partially In The Outdoor Area. In Addition, A Covered Storage And Storage Area For The Construction Yard Is To Be Built In The Basement, To Which The Container Storage Areas (12 Container Spaces, Lra Specification) For Chargeable Recyclable Materials And Larger Quantities Of Common Household Recyclable Materials (Bulky Waste, Used Tires, Scrap, Etc.)
