In The Framework Of The Ginop Plusz-5.2.1-23-2023-00001 Priority Project Entitled Measurement-Evaluation, Knowledge Assessment And Development Of Interoperability In Vocational Training Tenderer Development Of Measurement Tool Packages Suitable For Reliable And Valid Measurement And Evaluation Of Non-Formal And Informal Learning Outcomes (Skills, Knowledge, Attitude, Autonomy-Responsibility Competency Elements) Are The Following According To The Bidder Wishes To Enter Into An Enterprise Contract For The Task To Be Procured. 1. Preparation Of The Measuring Equipment Package Requirements Document When Concluding The Contract, The Tenderer Shall Hand Over To The Bidder The Draft Of The Measuring Equipment Requirements Guidance Document, Which Contains Detailed Requirements For The Performance Of Tasks, With Particular Regard To The List Of Sectors, Professions And Professional Qualifications, As Well As Additional Requirements. 2. Quality Assurance Of The Measuring Instrument Package Preparation Process The Bidder Prepares And Presents A Quality Assurance Plan To The Bidder, Which Summarizes The Means And Methods Used By The Bidder To Ensure That The Completed Measuring Instrument Packages Comply With The Measuring Instrument Requirements Document. The Tenderer Applies The Methods According To The Quality Assurance Plan During The Performance Of His Tasks. 3. Selection Of Measuring Instrument Package Developers And Reviewers The Measuring Instrument Development Experts And The Specialists Performing Proofreading Tasks Must Be Named Only At The Beginning Of The Performance - With The Exception Of The Measuring Device Developers And The Specialists Performing Proofreading Tasks Who Are Affected As Suitability Conditions And/Or Evaluations, Or Fixed As A Condition For Concluding A Contract - And The Criteria Listed In The Technical Description Must Also Be Verified At That Time. Overlap Is Allowed Between Professionals Employed In Individual Sectors Or Training Areas, As Long As Their Qualifications Allow It. The Criteria Listed In The Technical Description: • The Measuring Device Development Experts And Reviewers Must Have A Higher-Level Specialized Education, (Professional Qualification) Or A Higher-Level Education And A Professional Qualification Or A Secondary Education And A Specialized Qualification And A Masters Exam. • They Must Know The Given Profession, They Must Have At Least 5 Years Of Certified Teaching And Examination Experience In It, They Must Be Actively Working In The Profession Or Teaching At The Time Of The Development Of The Measuring Device. • In The Past 5 Years, They Have Participated In National Development Affecting Education (E.G. Training, Curriculum Development, Measurement - Evaluation Or Examinations). • Since 2020, They Have Participated In At Least One Training Aimed At Learning Outcome-Based Training Development And Can Prove It (Certificate, Certificate) • Have A Criminal Record. • You Are Not Prohibited From Practicing An Occupation Or Activity.
