In The R&D Project, A Socio-Economic Assessment Of Public Contracting Authorities Duty To Include Seriousness Provisions In Contracts According To The Procurement Regulations, Such As E.G. Requirements For Wages And Working Conditions, Limitation Of The Number Of Links In The Supply Chain, Requirements For Apprentices Etc. It Must Be Assessed What Socio-Economic Consequences It Has To Impose And Follow Up Seriousness Provisions In Public Contracts. It Must Also Be Assessed Whether The Current Distribution Of Control Responsibilities Is Effective And Appropriate, As Well As Which Alternative Models, Measures And Tools Can Contribute To A More Cost-Effective And Targeted Follow-Up Of The Provisions.
