The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Cooling Of Selected Offices On Individual Floors, Using A Direct (Compressor) Cooling System. The Air Conditioning System Will Be The So-Called Vrf, With The Option Of Choosing Two Modes, Only Cooling Or Only Heating. However, The Device Is Primarily Designed For Cooling. Indoor Air Conditioning Units Will Be Wall-Mounted, Under-Ceiling, And Cassette In The Client Hall On The 1St Floor. Outdoor Condensing Units Will Be Located Behind The Adjacent Garage Building, Above Level 1.Np (Ground). Condensate Must Be Removed From The Internal Cooling Units. The Client Also Points Out That The Installation Of The Air Conditioning System Will Take Place During Normal Building Operation. More Detailed Specifications Are Given In Annex No. 1 Of The Tender Documentation.
