Ceiling Or Wall Light Fittings – Replacing Ceilings And Lighting And Repairing Fire-Resistant Penetrations. The Refresh Domains Project Concerns The Replacement Of Ceilings And Lighting And The Repair Of Fire-Resistant Penetrations Within Various Domains Of The Municipal Office Building. The Work Is Necessary Due To The Current Technical Condition Of The Facilities. The Existing Ceiling Is Damaged In Many Places, Partly Unstable And In Some Places Even Unsafe. In Addition, A Recent Inventory Has Shown That A Significant Number Of Fire-Resistant Penetrations No Longer Meet The Applicable Fire Safety Requirements. These Will Be Repaired Within This Project To Ensure That Legal Requirements And Municipal Safety Policy Are Met. The Municipality Recently Established A New Workplace Concept. In This Context, Not Only The Ceilings And Lighting Are Replaced Within This Assignment, But The Necessary Structural Facilities And Adjustments To Installations Are Also Included. €6,000,000
