The Funding Decision Identified Eligible Expenses Of Approximately Eur 2.992 Million And A Grant In The Amount Of Eur 2.992 Million. H.V. 90% (Approx. Eur 2.693 Million) Approved. Due To The General Conditions (E.G. High Quality Of Stay, Integrated, Sophisticated Approach To Sponge City, Inner-City Location, Etc.), The Design Of The Outdoor Areas Is Subject To A Proportionate Cost Of: H.V. Approx. 952 Thousand Euros Including Vat (For The Traffic System Of Approx. 1.665 Million Euros (Including Vat). The City Intends To Award The Following Planning Services As Part Of A Vgv Procedure: - Lot 1: Object Planning For Outdoor Facilities (Lp 2-6, Optional 7-8) (As Well As Lot 2: Object Planning For Traffic Facilities Including Local Construction Supervision). The Client Reserves The Right To Commission Individual Or Several Projects In Stages There Is No Legal Right To Commission The Entire Service Until The Completion Of The Construction Work.
