The Initiative Is Located In The Neighborhoods So-Called Community Facilities Block, Located In Its Area Of Priority Interest, In The Center Of The Industrial Estate. The General Objective Of The Initiative Is To Revitalize The Central Public Space Of The Community Equipment And Services Block Of The Estate, Improving Its Physical And Environmental Conditions, In Order To Promote The Permanence And Social Gathering Of The Community. The Design Of The Initiative Collected And Integrated The Needs And Desires Of The Community, In Terms Of Improving The Current Conditions Of The Intervention Area And Providing Better Green Areas To The Sector. Specifically, Among Its Main Elements, The New Green Areas And Landscaping Spaces Stand Out, The New Pavements, Incorporating An Accessible Route, Street Furniture, Childrens Games, Sports Equipment, Exercise Machines And Calisthenics Area, Rainwater Collection And Absorption System, Supply And Installation Of Pedestrian Lighting With Led Technology And Supply And Installation Of Technical Irrigation. 2. “Paving Pavement In Equipment Block, Los Nogales Polygon, Estación Central Commune”: The Paving Project In The Equipment Block Is Fundamental For The Prbipe Program In The Industrial Estate, As It Directly Responds To The Key Needs Of The Community And The Urban Environment. Its Implementation Is Essential Because It Seeks To Consolidate The Sector As A Strategic Axis Of Connectivity, Articulating In A Fluid, Continuous And Safe Manner Two Of The Main Roads Of The Industrial Estate: Santa Teresa Street And Padre Vicente Irarrázaval Avenue. This Approach Not Only Focuses On Improving The Quality Of Life Of Residents, Especially Groups Such As Children And Older Adults, But Also Addresses Safety And Mobility. By Enabling Roads And Sidewalks In The Most Symbolic Block Of The Neighborhood, The Project Facilitates Pedestrian And Vehicular Traffic, And Incorporates Regulatory Criteria Of Universal Accessibility, Thus Improving Travel Conditions With Autonomy, Confidence And Security. In Addition To The Infrastructure, The Project Comprehensively Addresses The Perception Of Security: The Installation Of Led Pedestrian Lights And Remote Surveillance Cameras Help Eliminate Dark Areas That Currently Generate Unwanted Urban Dynamics, Thus Contributing To Increasing The Perception Of Security.
