The Purpose Of The Contract Will Be The Execution Of The Works Contained In The Basic And Executive Project For The Renovation And Refurbishment Of The Changing Room Building Of The Bigues I Riells Del Fai Municipal Sports Field, Drawn Up By The Architect, Mr. Marc Sabaté And Lapuyade, And Initially Approved By The Local Government Board Of February 20, 2026. The Award Of This Works Contract Will Be Conditional On The Final Approval Of The Initially Approved Project. The Basic And Executive Project Of The Renovation And Refurbishment Of The Changing Room Building Of The Municipal Sports Field Aims To Reform The Changing Room Equipment Of The Municipal Sports Field Of Bigues I Riells Del Fai, With The Specific Modification Of The Distribution Of The Current Building And The Incorporation Of Heating In The Changing Rooms, The Reform Of The Perimeter Fence And The Extension Of The Building With A Riser, With The Intention Of Placing The New Bar There. The Intervention Improves Efficiency And Energy Saving Conditions. The Extension Described In This Project Is Rectangular In Shape And Has A Winged Floor Plan. The Building Is Located On Top Of The Existing Building Of The Changing Rooms, So It Can Be Considered As An Extension Of The Volume, Although At The Operational Level They Are Independent Buildings. The Remonta Is A Rectangular Building That Is Located On Top Of The Current Building, At The Level Of The First Floor. One Part Of The New Building Is Closed And The Other Open, Like A Terrace. This New Building Only Has A Direct Entrance From The Avinguda Onze De Setembre Street, And Access Is Via A Wide Walkway That Bridges The Small Difference In Level Between The Street And The Building. Access Is Through The Terrace Area. The Building Itself Has A Simple Layout, It Is A Rectangle In Which The Services, Bar, Kitchen And Toilets Are Located In A Longitudinal Strip Occupying The Rear Area And Leaving The Entire Bar Area With Good Views Of The Football Field.
