Annual Maintenance Of Esps Of Unit 1 And 2 During The Year 2026 To 27- Openings of all access doors, scanning the fields for missing items and damaged parts.Water washing of ESP fields.Cleaning of ESP fields.Checking of ESP hoppers (48 Nos per unit) for worn out portions.Welding of leaking joints in hopper ducts.Leveling of suspended frame inside ESP. Overhauling of rapping gear boxes.Draining the old oil & filling with new oil in collecting and emitting gear boxes.Replacement or repairing of pin wheelers in EERM driving shaft (One pair of pin wheelers).Replacement of EERM drive shaft bearings.Welding of U clamps for collecting electrodes.Replacement/repair of gas distribution sheet including transportation of chain pulley blocks and erection & dismantling of temporary platform.Removing of Bend for Collecting Electrodes.Fabrication of Shock Bar& Guide bar angle.Replacement of emitting electrodes and providing of emitting frame hooks.Replacement of emitting electrodes.Replacement/repairing of inner arms/outer arms.Replacement of plain bearings.Replacement/repairing of Shock pad.Replacement/repairing of Grip coupler.Replacement / repairing of bent shock bars of collecting system.Hard facing on emitting electrode frames where the hammers are striking the frame.Replacement / alignment of rapping shafts.Metal build up on eroded portions of EERM and CERM shafts.Replacement of worn-out, missing bolts and nuts and tack welding of shock bars, inner arms& plain bearings bolts.
