Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Genl Maintenance Of Different Operation Zones In Old New Plant - Upkeep of open / covered garland drains of office buildings / inside shops/any production units(viz. Blast Furnace,Sinter Plant, BOF,CCP,Mills etc) of any depth and width up to 450 mm, at periodic intervals, by removing muck including removal and re-fixing of drain covers and disposal of debris / muck as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge or his representative.Upkeep of open / covered garland drains of office buildings / shops/any production units(viz.Blast Furnace,Sinter Plant, BOF,CCP,Mills etc) of any depth and width above 450 mm, at periodic intervals, by removing muck including removal and re-fixing of drain covers and disposal of debris / muck as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge or his representative.Removal of silt, muck, scrap structures etc. from underground manhole inside various operation zones and at other areas inside the works of any size & depth with taking proper safety precautions and with proper tools & tackles as per site requirement & disposal of the silt, muck etc. to nearest bin by contractor’s own arrangement. Periodic upkeep of flat roofs of any height of different buildings situated within the ISP works premises, both in old plant and new plant periodically including removal of any choke in down comer pipes, shifting of all kinds of rubbish to ground and disposal of the same to nearest waste bin as per the direction of Engineer-in-chargePeriodic cleaning of open and covered drains along the C.O Battery No. 8, 9,10 & 11 including removal and re-placement of drain covers, disposal of the silt/muck within 100 metre distance from the battery for further disposal by companys vehicle.Earth work in excavation including boulder dismantling for making kachcha drain, pits,foundations,trenches etc. up to a depth of 2 metre below existing ground level including removal of earth accumulated ash, slag materials etc. up to a lead of 100 M. cutting and removing over burden, vegetation, bushes, shrubs etc. complete.Manual loading and unloading of garbage from waste bins located at different areas of both old & new plants for onward transportation and disposal at companys dumping yard as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Necessary transportation arrangement will be made by the company.Cutting & uprooting all kinds of small bushes, unwanted vegetation, creepers, weeds etc. from road shoulder,stockyards,peripheral areas of various operation zones etc, collection and stacking of all waste so generated in the above activities properly at a specified place as instructed by Engineer-in-charge, loading of the waste in to companys truck for further disposal at dumping yard etc. complete.Removal of spillage ores/dust/sludge/slurry/scales/scraps from beside conveyor belts/ outside GCP areas of various shops/outside Clarifier areas of different production units and removal any other debris/scrap/sludge/dust from any other operation zone as per requirement and instruction of Engineer in chargeDressing of areas in slopes and plains to required profile by removing excess earth or filling of trenches/depression and disposing the same up to a distance of 100 metres, ramming and consolidation of the earth surface etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.Laying of lime lines at edges of roads/inside shops from beautification and housekeeping purposes. The job may be carried out at all times of the day during visits of VIPs and other dignitaries inside the plant area as per instruction of engineer in charge complete.Helping and assisting during painting/whitewashing of various structures/signboards/grills/walls/tree trunks/equipments inside different production zones and at road sides and other areas inside the works premises including cleaning the surface of all dirt dust and foreign matter sand papering with all bye-works all complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-chargeManual loading and unloading of cement from company stores located at different areas of both old & new plants for onward transportation to departmetal stores and from departmental stores to site offices as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. Necessary transportation arrangement will be made by the company.Cleaning of roads and shoulders of any width of spillage materials like dust,coke, small scraps,plastics etc with the use of brooms, shovels and also by handpicking and loading the same in trolleys and disposal of the same at designated places and bins for further disposal as per instruction of Engineer in Charge with all required leads complete.Helping and assisting in concreting of bases of tracks in various shops(viz. BOF.LF,CCP,Coke Ovens etc) with quick setting cement at all hours and during shutdowns and breakdowns and between operations hours as per site availability including shifting of materials from area sub stores to site,taking out and removal of base plates,bolts and regular watering of site after casting for curing purposes as per instructions of Engineer in Charge/Site In Charge.Helping in operation of demolition hammer and manual cutting of concrete for repairs of track bases, machine foundations and other equipment foundations etc in various operation zones till all depths and at all hours and during shutdowns,breakdowns and between operation periods including cleaning of debris,rubble and stacking of same away from site as per instruction of Engineer in Charge/Site in Charge.Cleaning and dusting of various furniture in offices,stores and cleaning of stores in different sections of the department including disposal of the cobwebs and dust at designated bins and execution of all associated jobs as per prevalent practices.Helping and assisting of concrete casting jobs inside various shops and at other areas inside the works premises including carrying of amterials from stores to site, manual mixing , pouring of concrete and all other associated jobs as per instruction of site in charge.Cleaning of outlets of various storm water tunnels, highdrains, ducts at various locations inside the works including taking out of debris from gratings, transporting and stacking of debris and wet rubbish at designated areas by trolley as per instruction of Site in ChargeAssisting in repairing of holes in boundary walls including cleaning of bushes at site,carrying of all materials to site from nearest stacking point and helping in closing of holes by brickwork or concreting and execution of all other associated jobs as per instruction of Engineer in Charge.Helping of repairing of potholes and damaged sections of roads including kaccha roads inside works and dressing of these areas,bouldering,ballasting and all other associated jobs as per instruction of Engineer in ChargeRemoval and taking out of damaged and sheared bolts from concrete foundations,grouts etc by manual chieseling of various machine and eqipments inside different shops and operation zones including ensuring of the health of existing foundations and avoiding of excess damage to the same and grouting the pockets, after new bolts have been foxed by relevant agencies, with quick setting cement. THe job has to be carried out inside operation zones and shops and has to be executed at all hours and during shutdowns and breakdowns and between operations hours as per site availability as per instruction of Site in Charge.Helping and assiting of fixing and dismantling of shuttering for concreting purposes inside different operation zones especially at tracks in BF-CCP complex,various foundations inside the works etc.. The job includes carrying and transporting of shuttering boards and all other materials from area sub stores to site, holding the boards while they are being fixed and dismantling the shuttering after the job is done and carrying it back to area stores departmental godowns. The job has to be done at all shifts , at all locations inside thew orks and as per directions of Engineer in Charge/Site in ChargeDismantling of brickwork by manual means by chieseling and hammering at various operations zones and offices especially at places where operation of demolotion hammer is not feasible nor desirable. The dismantled debris has to be stacked neatly at site and subsequently disposed off at designated bins as per direction of the Engineer in ChargeHelping and assisting in erection and dismantling of temporrary barricading with bamboo and barbed wire at different areas inside the works especially at places where the plant perimeter wall has been damaged. The job has to be executed as per instruction of Engineer in Charge/Site in Charge.
